Warranty Coverage at Prime Supply Global
Every product sold by Prime Supply Global is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The terms below are the manufacturers' published warranties for the brands we carry; the same terms appear on each product page.
Durham Manufacturing — 1-Year Limited Warranty
Durham products (storage cabinets, workbenches, carts, trucks, shelving and related equipment) are warranted free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of shipment. Durham's remedy is replacement of the defective product or a credit of the purchase price, at its discretion. Not covered: products used in an application or manner not specified by Durham, misuse, abuse, normal wear, or damage from improper storage or handling.
EKKO — 3-Year Limited Warranty
- 3 years: frame, forks and mast
- 1 year: transmission/gearbox, weldments, traction and steering motors, controllers and charger
- 1 year: lead-acid and flooded batteries and chargers; lithium batteries carry up to 5 years against defects on select models
- 30 days: wear items — tires, bulbs, lights, rubber parts and oil seals
- LPG and diesel forklifts: frame, forks and mast for 3 years or 6,000 hours; engine for 2 years or 4,000 hours — whichever comes first
Coverage begins when the unit is purchased from the authorized dealer, applies to the original purchaser under normal operating conditions as described in the operator's manual, and is non-transferable. Labor is covered only when pre-approved by EKKO. Excluded: normal wear and tear, abuse, improper storage or maintenance, and unauthorized modification. Any freight damage must be noted on the proof of delivery at the time of delivery.
GNT — 3-Year Limited Warranty
GNT forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, stackers, pallet jacks, tow tractors and floor washers carry GNT's three (3) year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions. Excluded: wear items (tires, bulbs, seals, brake pads and similar consumables), labor, and damage from misuse, accidents, improper maintenance or unauthorized modification. Coverage is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser.
What Is Covered (All Brands)
- Manufacturing defects, faulty components, and mechanical failures under normal operating conditions.
What Is Not Covered (All Brands)
- Damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, unauthorized modifications, physical accidents, or normal wear and tear.
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Email support@primesupplyglobal.com or call +1 (978) 981-4630 with your order number, product model, serial/data-plate photo, and a description of the issue.
- Provide photos or video of the defect — manufacturers require this to approve a claim.
- We submit and coordinate the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf and arrange replacement parts, full product replacement, or manufacturer service.
- Most claims are acknowledged the same business day.
