About Us

At Prime Supply Global, we help warehouses, distribution centers, and logistics operations get the material handling equipment they need to keep things moving — forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, stackers, pallet jacks, platform trucks, industrial storage cabinets, workbenches, and floor washers.

Who We Serve

Prime Supply Global is built for people running the physical side of a business — warehouse managers, distribution center operators, and logistics teams who need equipment they can count on, not just the lowest sticker price.

Why We Carry the Brands We Do

We stock EKKO and GNT because each covers ground the other doesn't: EKKO anchors our forklift and reach truck lineup, while GNT rounds out the material handling equipment for the rest of the warehouse. Durham Manufacturing completes the range with heavy duty industrial storage cabinets, workbenches and carts, available on quote.

What You Can Expect From Us

  • Free standard shipping to the contiguous United States on every brand we carry, except Durham Manufacturing products, which are sold on quote with freight quoted separately.
  • A satisfaction guarantee. If your order arrives defective or fails to function properly, you'll receive a full 100% refund.
  • A price match guarantee. Find the same product from another authorized dealer at a lower price, and we'll match it.
  • Real customer support by phone and email — we address every question directly.
  • Secure, encrypted checkout, with a range of payment options including major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
  • Manufacturer-backed products. Every item we sell is covered by the manufacturer's warranty — coverage varies by product, so we point you to the manual or our team for specifics.

Questions Before You Buy?

Material handling equipment is a real investment, and getting the wrong capacity, lift height, or power spec can be an expensive mistake. Reach out to us at support@primesupplyglobal.com or +1 (978) 981-4630 before you order — we're happy to help you figure out what's actually right for your operation.
